Approve your design proof within 48 hours of paying and your kits ship within 2–3 weeks. Domestic delivery via FedEx or UPS typically adds another 3–5 business days from there. We'll send tracking for each kit individually.
We offer an address research add-on for $5 per contact. Give us names and companies — we'll find the shipping addresses. Available on the Core Campaign and Custom tiers.
We ship within the United States only right now. If you have a significant international list, reach out and we'll discuss what's possible — international shipping adds complexity but it isn't always off the table.
Absolutely — retention gifting is one of our two primary use cases. Anniversary sends, renewal gifts, post-referral thank-yous. The insert card messaging changes; everything else stays the same. We'll write the card for you if you'd like.

You give us a destination URL — a Loom video, a personalised audit page, your Calendly, or any landing page. We print one QR code per campaign on the insert card. When they scan it, they go straight to your content. You can track scans if your destination page has analytics.
Your company logo (PNG or SVG), your prospect list (CSV or Excel with names and shipping addresses), a message for the insert card (or let us write it), and a URL for the QR code. Takes about 5 minutes. We'll email you a design proof within 48 hours of receiving your assets.
You can cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund — no questions asked. After that window, we begin ordering your custom sleeves and insert cards, which are non-refundable once production starts. If you need to cancel after 24 hours but before your design proof is approved, reach out immediately at hello@thekoakit.com and we'll do our best to minimize costs. Once the proof is approved and assembly begins, no refund is available.
Every kit ships with full tracking via FedEx or UPS. If a kit is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll reship it at no additional cost. We photograph proof of shipment for every campaign. Just email us with the tracking details and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
Yes — up until you approve the design proof, you can request changes to your card message, QR destination, or prospect list at no charge. Once the proof is approved, changes to printed materials may incur a reprinting fee. Changes to the prospect list (additions or swaps) are free if requested before assembly begins.
